WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have sessions available at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9.30am, and 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 7:30am, 8:30am and 10:15am. You can come to whichever 2-3 sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS THE TRIAL?

The trial is ~~€199~~ €99, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, body transformation program, up to three group personal training sessions a week, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.

This is the last time our trial will be this price, come January 2021, it increases.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended intro session you can start the program right away. Our final intake for 2020 is December 12th.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the trial.

+ BECOMING A MEMBER

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRIAL?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.

Our memberships range from €34 per week to €49 per week with our most popular membership in the middle of those at €39 per week.
